Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is a land sports bike that is fully equipped with a body and suspension, and you can fully enjoy the fun of off-road driving with a small displacement. Two models of Honda CRM50 and CRM80 were released on February 20 (50) and March 15 (80) 1988, respectively.

This CRM series is equipped with a water-cooled 2-cycle single-cylinder engine, which delivers maximum output of 7.2ps/9,500rpm (50) and 11ps/8,500rpm (80), respectively. While it has a sporty character combined with a 6-speed transmission with a clutch, it also has a built-in uniaxial balancer that reduces engine vibration, making it suitable for long-distance driving.

The chassis and design are based on the design image of the commercially available racer CR series, which is very active in motocross races around the world, and the semi-double cradle frame pursues mass concentration, light weight, and high rigidity. Equipped with a split sub-frame that improves maintainability and a slim and long seat that increases the freedom of riding position. In addition, the front and rear fenders that ensure sufficient space between the tires and the left and right side covers that look like a number plate create the image of a full-fledged land sports bike that is light and full of dynamism.
