Pre-Debut: GFRIEND Era

Before forming VIVIZ, members Eunha, SinB, and Umji were part of the six-member girl group GFRIEND, under Source Music. The group debuted on January 16, 2015, and gained popularity with hit songs like Rough, Navillera, and Time for the Moon Night.

GFRIEND became known for their synchronized choreography and emotional storytelling through music. However, on May 22, 2021, Source Music announced the group’s sudden disbandment, shocking fans worldwide.

Formation of VIVIZ
