Weki Meki (Hangul: 위키미키; RR: Wiki Miki) is a South Korean girl group under Fantagio. They debuted on August 8, 2017, with their first mini-album Weme and the title track “I Don’t Like Your Girlfriend”. The group consisted of eight members: Ji Su-yeon, Elly, Choi Yoo-jung, Kim Do-yeon, Sei, Lua, Rina, and Lucy. History of Weki Meki

Formation and Pre-Debut (2017)
Weki Meki was formed under Fantagio Entertainment and officially debuted on August 8, 2017. Before their debut, members Choi Yoo-jung and Kim Do-yeon gained fame as part of the project group I.O.I, formed through the survival show Produce 101. Other members also trained under Fantagio’s rookie program i-Teen.
Debut with WEME (2017)
The group made their official debut with their first extended play (EP) WEME, featuring the title track “I Don’t Like Your Girlfriend.” The album showcased their energetic and youthful concept, gaining a strong fanbase.
Continued Success and Growth (2018-2019)

Disbandment
