Who Was X1?

X1 (엑스원) was a South Korean boy group formed through the popular reality survival show Produce X 101. The group was composed of eleven members: Kim Yo-han, Kim Woo-seok, Han Seung-woo, Song Hyeong-jun, Cho Seung-youn, Son Dong-pyo, Lee Han-gyul, Nam Do-hyon, Cha Jun-ho, Kang Min-hee, and Lee Eun-sang. They debuted on August 27, 2019, under Swing Entertainment and CJ ENM.

Formation and Produce X 101

X1 was formed through the reality survival show Produce X 101, which aired in 2019. The group was composed of the top 11 contestants, who won the opportunity to debut under Swing Entertainment and Stone Music Entertainment.

Debut and Achievements

X1 officially debuted on August 27, 2019, with their mini-album Emergency: Quantum Leap. The title track Flash achieved immediate success, topping charts in South Korea and internationally.

Disbandment
